Notes
IC SD70s 1017, 1018, 1019, and 1038 were originally sent to the line in 2015. Overtime these units were sent back to CN, due to mechanical issues, or expired warranties. CN SD40-2Ws 5245 originally sent to line in 2013, 5347 sent 2014, and 5336 sent February 2015. 5245 was sent back in 2013 as it was filling in for B&LE 905 after its wreck. 5347 was sent back in April of 2015. 5336 was sent back in October of 2017. BLE 867 was rebuilt in the early 2000s receiving -3 electronics. BLE 862 and 868 are equipped for yard service or drone setup only, and cannot be electrically MU'd with the other units. BLE 862 still wears its DMIR livery but, it is patched with a black and white Bessemer emblem on each side of its nose, and Bessemer lettering on both side of its hood over the DMIR arrow. This unit left the property on 7/11/18 for Homewood, IL. BLE 905 had to be rebuilt by the Union Railroad's shop after it slammed into a log truck in 2013. The URR rebuilt it's nose from a scrapped KCS SD40 cab, and created a sand hatch made out of a gyrating light pit. |
